Meet Mr. Oxymoron, a camouflaged scarecrow.

(Evidently, the deer were not impressed. A few days after erecting this scarecrow decked out in camouflaged garb, the gardener installed an electric fence.)

Odd Shots Monday: Violinist

At a symphony concert it's not unusual to see a violinist wearing tails, but a violinist with a tail is a little different.

(When I started to photograph this fiddle player, she told me that no photos of her were allowed -- unless I agreed to show her picture to all my friends. I have now upheld my end of the bargain.)
