Nah, people just think this is FREE parking now.

Isn't that just typical of people nowadays?
We exhibited at the convention center for three days. During that time, I always saw these parking places being used and never saw any tickets issued. I think the idea might be to keep these slots open as a "loading zone" for the center -- a place to drop off passengers, etc.--, but that's not what the signs say.
