Dog Water

Galileo Bar and Grill provided free liquid refreshment for the dogs. People who bring their dogs to art fairs (and many of them do) forget how hot it can be for the critters, especially how hot the pavement gets at a street fair like Paseo. (Paseo Festival of the Arts ... Oklahoma City, OK ... May, 2008)

I agree. I think that dogs should be banned from feastivals where the artists are set up on city streets. People just don't realize how hot the pavement is. The poor things get burned feet.

True, Lisa. Either ban dogs or require humans to walk on the pavement barefooted, but that would have a severely adverse effect on sales. Hot pavement can burn a dog's pads.

I recently brought this blog out of hibernation so I could post more general interest photos, mostly taken at shows. Over time, Nature in the Ozarks has evolved into primarily a nature blog and I don't want to post a lot of off-topic photos and/or subjects.
